A perfect smart home must effectively utilize the natural environment and integrate with high-tech devices, so that the building will be equipped with a smart "brain," a well-equipped infrastructure, and an easy-to-operate human-machine interface to achieve the goal of surveillance monitoring, good health, convenience and comfort in the living space, environmental sustainability, energy conservation among other goals. Enormous automation technologies are applied in smart homes to control all kinds of home appliances, which make life more convenient. The concept of smart homes covers two fields: architecture and ICT. In the product life cycle and business model, special type of homes will be the first target market of our product.
